Darren Hardy famously said, “The accomplishment of any goal is the progressive accumulation or compound effect, of small steps taken consistently over time.”

The compounding effect is a function of, the choices, habits, and behavior that we cultivate over a period of time.

— Choices that we make daily (researchers say that the average human makes around 35,000 decisions every day!)

— Behavior that we exhibit while implementing the choices and

— Habits form the foundation on which our behavior and choices deliver impact.

If you really want to be good at something, bake in a timeslot in your daily schedule where you dedicate a small portion of your time (even 30 mins a day) for a prolonged period of time.

The rest will be taken care of by the “Compounding Effect”
