Today let’s discuss the Pros and Cons of the “Usage-based Pricing model”
To understand “Usage-based pricing” we can look at a few real-life examples:
a. Electricity bills – customers end up paying their monthly bills based on their monthly consumption
b. Uber rides – customers pay based on the distance they travel
c. Gas station payments – customer pays based on the amount of gas-filled in the tank
