A leader’s primary goal is to set the “Vision” for the team and empower the team members to achieve that goal.

Based on the situation, a leader has to strike a balance between “Vision” and, “Delivery”

Even though the leader should take a step back and let the team deliver if the project is deviating from the vision the leader should step-in and provide inputs to bring the project back on track.

How well a leader balances these roles translates to how successful the “Team” is.
